Can you help with my wireless network?
      Yes. Wireless internet, backup, printing, scanning, etc.

What do I need for my (new) Macintosh?
      First, AppleCare, which extends your warranty from 1 to 3 years and extends phone support with Apple to 3 years. Also, you need a reliable backup plan: on-site to a hard drive or an Apple Time Capsule, and off-site to a "cloud" backup service. Finally, a networked printer is a big win, if you want to print wirelessly from a laptop or want to place the printer in a different room from your computer.

Did you ever work for Apple?
      I've never worked for Apple, but Apple has licensed my database software over the years.
